Can we play candy crush normally in huawei phones

Welcome to the forum! 👋
It largely depends on how new your phone is. Older Huawei phones such as Mate 8 are fine, as long as they were released before 2019. Newer models, however, don't have built-in support for Google services and as a result the game will not work to its fullest potential.
