I have been thrown from 88 level to 1 in the daily booster count..since I opned the game just minutes after 12 am. Is there any way this could be undo.. so I can go back to 89.

What device are you using? Have you deleted app data or was it deleted by your device by accident?
This shouldn't have happened if you were logged in with a Facebook account or a King account. To avoid losing your level progress again, make sure you're always logged in. And to avoid losing your boosters, don't delete app data and don't let your device do it on its own.
Feel free to write to Game Support but don't expect them to help you much or react before you've redone those few levels.
