We’ve recently had reports of several problems across our games. Players of our mobile games have found they are having difficulty installing games, and they cannot play levels, make purchases or open the store. They cannot play ads, or they cannot log in.

Also, some players on our Facebook platform cannot load games.

We’re very sorry if any of these problems affect your gameplay and for any inconvenience caused.

Rest assured that our teams are aware of all these issues and are working hard to fix them as soon as possible.

    Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.

    Please Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

    What device are you using to play? What is your country of residence?

    Have you ever been able to connect to the store?

    Are you logged into your Google or Apple account on your device?

    Interesting - everything was fine until an hour ago. And now no shop, no online events. Looks like a payment server connection problem. 🤔

    I came to the help forum to see why it was saying the game couldn't connect to the server, and people said to uninstall the app and reinstall, so I did that, and now I've somehow lost my progress. I've still got the same amount of gold bars the the 2000 banner, but it's saying I'm only on level 10 :(((
