Also, some players on our Facebook platform cannot load games.

I came to the help forum to see why it was saying the game couldn't connect to the server, and people said to uninstall the app and reinstall, so I did that, and now I've somehow lost my progress. I've still got the same amount of gold bars the the 2000 banner, but it's saying I'm only on level 10 :(((
