Why i can t watch ads in order get booster or lives?

Once I hit level 10,000 I stopped getting ALL video options. I used to clear several levels every day. Now I'm barely clearing one level per week. The game is now getting boring. I've already found a couple new games to play. I'm not playing CC very often now.
Thanks for the quick reply! I didn't post this in support as I suspect I would have received the same reply and this isn't a support issue.
Since the videos are an intentional test, I did vote on it in the ideas section on another user's same suggestion, to make the videos an added feature.
The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.
And you can also still earned more free boosters (gold bars) by another in-game features/events (also contests on this community) that you can use the boosters to beat any tricky levels too. 😉

Anyone else got this new feature. King have clearly run out of ideas as yet another feature based on completing new levels is the last thing we need in our games And annoyingly but not unsurprising given the removal of people's booster inventory last week the introduction of this new feature removed my 29 Win Streak.
