We have four orange in a row and the game made me use my gold need actions to be taken and compensate for the glitch.

I'm afraid Support won't help you out. I hope they'll prove me wrong though. It's just you weren't forced to use your gold bars. You could've just repeated the level instead, however annoying this might have been.
I'll be curious to see their response. Don't forget to reply back to their initial reply, especially if it's not personalised.

Hello @mahakdaryani and welcome to our friendly community! I am sorry to hear that happened to you. Please report it to player support. You should get a response within 24-36 hours. You can report the issue directly from your game using the "Contact Us" tab at the bottom of the page. They should be able to add the gold bars back into your account.
