Server error. The server could not be contacted

Why am I getting this when trying to give lives to my friends and when I lose a game I don’t get any ads for boosters just a note saying the server could not be contacted. What might be a fix for this. Thanks. Email wjmurray@telusplanet.net with an answer.

Thank you this is the first anyone has been able to give me some information on this issue. Hopefully it won’t be too long. Any idea how long it might be.

Thank you for the feedback, will pass this to the Game Team . The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.

This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.

So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.
