new phone, new problems, same app

After my old phone broke and migrating everything over to the new one. I no longer am being offered to watch ads for spins, or more plays, or lives. As of 5 minutes ago the app is showing me I have 4 lives but cannot access them. I was curious what would happen if I added a new life from the reserve and now it says 5 lives but I still can’t access to play the app is updated as is the OS for the iPhone 14.
