Hello @Smanje and welcome to our friendly community. I’m sorry to hear you are having this issue.
The most common reason for this to happen is because your game isn’t connected to the internet. You can do some things, including playing the game, while you aren’t connected, but you cannot purchase anything if your game has become disconnected to the internet.
Try turning you game off for at least 15-20 seconds. Then turn your device back on and make sure you are connected to the internet. Sometimes even a brief drop in signal can cause the game to become disconnected.
Then open your game back up and play a level and then try and purchase something from the store.
