Mine has always reset at midnight (00:00 EET).
Regardless of when it resets for you, it shouldn't disappear from your Events tab.
What did Support say? I'm asking about anything meaningful, not the usual 'it's not guaranteed to work' nonsense.
@bearwithme Figured out part of the problem in that the treat machine is not a daily treat machine, it's 24 hours after you last claimed it machine, which assumes that you play at a similar time each day.
And it's back again, with the corresponding lose of bonus power.
Is something missing in your game right now? You need to try 3 times to bring it back up. Either play 3 levels and pass if you do not want to loose a life or make a move then end the game and loose a life (do 3 times) or a combination. In between your actions it does not hurt (seems to help) close down the game and reopen it. What used to take one action now takes 3 sometimes 4? It this does not work perhaps you do not get this feature right now. No uninstall/reinstall game.

Similar issue here, except I play daily at least once and my machine has dropped from 30 yesterday to 25 today and I played yesterday it's odd and irritating,
Hi everyone - I know it can be very frustrating to lose an event that you have had. However please realize that no player has all the different events. Sometimes the studio is testing an event or even a slightly different version of an event so they will give it to a certain percentage of players and then after a period of time they will give it to another group of players.
I didn’t have the chocolate box for many months after it came out and I never had ads in all the years I have been playing the game until very recently.
In fact I only received this new daily treat machine a few days ago.
There is never a guarantee that you will have a specific event or how long you will have it. However when one event goes away, there is a very good chance that you will soon get something else.
Sometimes you may temporarily lose an event because of a glitch with your game. Sometimes it could be because of a loss of the internet or that you don’t have the most up to date version of the game.
It’s always a good idea to periodically clear your cache, and also reboot the device you are playing on. Then play a level and see if the issue has resolved itself.

Unfortunately, nothing can be done, really. I haven't had a single day without the Machine.
I'd suggest reinstalling the game BUT you'll lose your boosters (and stored lives), so proceed only as a last resort.
What device are you using? Do you have a Windows PC at home? If you do, check the browser version or the Windows desktop version just to keep your Machine upgraded.
Next time a major feature is not showing up, try logging out, clearing app cache (NOT app data), restarting the game, logging back in and doing an older level in order to refresh events.

@Diamond_Lim And it's gone again, I swear, I hate bugs in other people's programs worse than bugs in my own because at least with my programs I can find the offending code and fix it.

If you have updated the latest version of this game already but it's still not received the new features/events, try these steps here 👇😊
1. Open this game
2. Select Profile
3. Select Log Out your Facebook/Kingdom Account then Close this game app
4. Reopen this game then Log back in to your profile (don't play first) and finally Open the game (can play now).
Also check that you have a stable internet connection or a strong WiFi signal. You might want to see if your Internet Service Provider is experiencing any current issues.
If it's still not received the new features/events, mostly of players don't have these features/events too.
These new features/events are not available for all of players that's means some players selected while had these new features/events randomly and it's tested. So check this information here 👇😊
So I hope you can understand to read this information and make sure keep your eyes out until new/another features/events released. 😉
And you can also still earned more free boosters (gold bars) by another in-game features/events (also contests on this community) that you can use the boosters to beat any tricky levels too. 😉

Same for me, and on top I have no more gifts from friends. But it is due to the fact that the game lost connection to App Store. I tried all the King’s suggestion to fix this issue but it doesn’t take work. I suppose it is a bug.

Mine is gone too. It started when the portrait mode kicked in.
I wanted to see if anyone else has lost their daily spin booster machine? I still have one but not the one that adds candy when you log in daily. I also am not receiving the extra candy when I win a level. This all happened when I lost the ability to play in portrait mode. Now I am forced to play in landscape, which is not as much fun. Harder to see. Thx in advance.
Mine disappeared too, but just tried again to play a level in this new portrait mode and it came back BUT of course been penalised for not liking new layout as lost days on machine by not actually playing. Logging on clearly isn’t going to be enough to get treat machine anymore.

I've been having trouble with trying to get to the next Ad, because every time I think the Ad is finished and I try to go to the next Ad, it takes me completely out of the game. So, then I lose my chance at the level, and the boosters that might have been able to help me. Any suggestions?
For several years now, and across three different phones, I get a Chocolate Box error EVERY single time I play any level. It sometimes even comes up TWICE between plays. I have 3 screenshots with the 3 screens that come up every time. I have force stopped the app with no luck.
