Hi @Baffled and welcome to our community. Give it a little time to see if you get them. My suggestion is that if this happens to you often do a print screen showing what you should have received and then I'm going to give you a link for King's contact care. You need to get your user ID # if you ever write to them so are you playing through Facebook or King? If Facebook, I would suggest that you create a King account by logging out of Facebook and then when you click to go back in it will ask if you want to create an email account which is the King account. Once you do that your progress from Facebook should transfer over. To get your user ID # from your King account, once you are logged in then go to the settings and click on it. Now you should see it. Click on the my account button.
Now you should see the image below. Double click on the King logo and your number will be there.

Make sure to give them your user ID # and a brief description of what happened. They can go directly into your account to check it out.
