Completed level 6920 in first place, and was awarded 45 gold bars, yet my gold bar count didn't change to reflect the new addition. What happened? Where's my gold??

We understand that some of you have not been able to collect your Gold Bars reward after completing the Episode Race and we wanted to let you know that we are looking into this 👍

As we continue investigating this issue, we would really appreciate if you could provide the following informations in order to help us.

1. when did you start having this issue?
2. which game app version do you have installed?
3. do you happen to get any error message when trying to collect your reward?
4. did you happen to receive the rewards afterwords?

We are seeing that some players have been able to collect on their rewards but afterwards so please let us know if you had the issue but was able to collect your Gold Bars after trying the game again.

Reatrt the game then show you bars...and check internet also
