I HAVE REACHED LEVEL 11000,DID THE GAME QUIT GIVING BOOSTER PRIZES, ALL I GOT WAS A BADGE π₯π‘π₯

Yes, it seems that level 10000 was the last time that boosters were given for rwaching a milestone level. There is also nothing given for reaching level 12000 or 13000 & needless to say level 14000 will be the same when enough levels have been released.
