Profile/Friend Issues

I can’t figure out how to create a support ticket on here so I figured I would try this. For a long time now whenever I click on my profile a blank box pops up and I can’t see any of my information and when I click the friends tab I can’t see anything there either so I’m not able to send friends lives unless they ask me and I see it when I’m using lives sent by friends - how can I fix this?

The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.
