Why does the hint provided by Candy Crush Saga indicate that a match can be made by moving a candy covered by a crystal layer? Players can't move a candy from a crystal layer to make a match (although they can make a match by moving a candy into a crystal-covered spot). When the hint says move a layered candy to make a match and there are no other moves available - you simply can't do it and you're stuck because the hint just keeps flashing to move the covered candy. I have to manually quit the game or close it. I can't get King to understand this issue or remedy it. Has anyone else encountered it?
