I spend money buying their sales and yet something always go wrong. This Saturday I purchased the Saturday sale. I'm suppose to get 4 days and 4 hours of lives. Again, I had to email customer service because my lives ended Monday. Customer service gave me 12hrs of lives but I only got a few hours worth
