Candy Crush Saga will not connect to the server on my mobile device. I read through the help article and tried all the troubleshooting options. None of them helped. This has been going on for several days now. I tried contacting customer support and they only sent me the same article. Never responded to my issue directly. This is so frustrating and King has the worst customer service. All software is up to date. And my connection works fine in all other apps and games so I know it’s only an issue with the candy crush game.
