I do not want to lose my progress how can I connect to Facebook if I already had a Candy crush account on that page
Hello and welcome. There is a lot of good information that has been provided to you. There are actually 3 ways to save your game progress.
1 thru FB
2 Thru your King account. If you don’t have one it is easy enough to create one.
3 if you play on an Apple device, you can sign in thru your apple account.
It is helpful to have at least two accounts for example King and FB. The two accounts will automatically sync so if FB is having an issue, you can still play thru your King account and vice versa. That is actually what I have.

If you've already played through Facebook in the past, then your Facebook account is already linked to an existing game account and it won't be possible to link it to a new one. However, you could write to Support to ask them if they could unlink your Facebook account from your game account, thus practically deleting your old progress.
I'd advise you to create a King account instead. You don't have to use your Facebook account when you have a King account. It's even better to use a King account because you could change your avatar (profile image) to whatever you liked without changing your Facebook profile picture.

I've been having trouble with trying to get to the next Ad, because every time I think the Ad is finished and I try to go to the next Ad, it takes me completely out of the game. So, then I lose my chance at the level, and the boosters that might have been able to help me. Any suggestions?
