Why do they keep showing me how to add friends I'm on level 5080 I know how the game works, so annoying.

You don't have to accept them, just don't press "Add Friend" button and wait 10 seconds or so until the message disappears.
Yes, I agree. Not only that, but they force random friends on you for utterly useless 3 extra moves, giving you no choice to refuse to accept them.
