I’m stuck at level 2328 for about a month or more, it seems impossible to pass and my game is not showing events to win boosters anymore. I love candy crush but I don’t feel motivated to play the same level for a whole month.

I can see from your screenshot how difficult this is. One tip I can give is that the black liquorice don't drop during a move when you hit any one of them. They drop every move you don't hit any. So I think on this level you need to try get all the bubble gum as early on as possible to free the shoots for the liquorice. When the first lot are down try to get as many as possible at once and if one or two are left try NOT to hit them so that more drop. But this is easier said than done, it looks very hard to do in 26 moves without boosters. Good luck.
It is, I reinstalled the game and the events and ads got back. And I still can’t pass the level. The black thing that we need to collect just stop coming down and sometimes I watch 3 ads to get 3 extra moves and it doesn’t work because there is no black thing to collect. I don’t know how to explain since English is not my first language.
