Cannot connect to the server

I have tried to rectify this issue for 2 months with no fix. I cannot ask for lives, I am not receiving my awards, I can’t give lives to friends, etc. I have tried to turn off wifi, turned my iphone off and on, tried turning airplane mode on and off, etc. What is the fix???
