The dragons are just a skin change and wouldn't change the underlying script that is causing the cherry not to drop, so unlikely to stop the bug

I've just discovered that there are at least FIVE idle animations for the baby gummi dragon hatchlings. See them all here in a longer, crisper video I shot of them:

I prefer hazelnuts, they make more contrast with the pink the game is now sarurated with.

Here's half-a-dozen fresh gummi dragon eggs that I rescued and put in an egg carton.

Shhh...these half-dozen hatchlings need some sleep. Fortunately, my egg carton can be their perfect crib for them to take their nap in before I can bring them to Izzy!

Hey, folks, turns out that the half-dozen hatchlings I just showed you earlier are crying from the old egg carton. Time for me to play babysitter for a while and plug up their little jaws with fireproof pacifiers. They will soon be safe in Izzy's claws shortly.

Honestly, I prefer cherries because it's an ingredient used in making candy. Collecting baby dragons is just kind of an odd choice of change.

Well, it's established that these baby dragons are made out of gummy (or "gummi" as it's sensationally spelled). I argue that this is what makes me think they are cand-ier to the spirit of this game's theme.
