Where are my rewards for Episode Race, Spring Collection and Weekly Race?

Something's gone awfully wrong over the past 2 weeks and I've not received useful replies from e-mails to Customer Support.

I've won an Episode Race in Champions but didn't receive my 45 gold bars. I passed a milestone and got only the lives.

Then I won the Spring Collect Purple Candies Event but got no prize and didn't even see the winners list- after the event ended everything disappeared.

Now I won the weekly race (and my friend Laura 2000+) was second but there was no winners list on Monday nor today Tuesday so no prizes. What's going on? It's not fair after my buying boosters etc to not be rewarded.

Someone please explain and also credit our winnings. Thanks!

@GalaxW You are definitely not alone. There seems to be numerous unaddressed problems with this game. I think the only way to possibly get credit back is to click on the “contact us” link at the bottom of this page and fill out their questions and send it. I am going to follow through on this if I win my 3rd weekly contest this week which technically should be giving me that treasure chest prize. Good luck!

Hi @evilchia thanks again for answering. I wrote customer support even before posting here.

The weekly race prize came some days ago but the other prizes didn't. It leaves a bad taste in the mouth but oh well! I'll write again and just maybe things will get sweet.

Sorry you had similar problems. I was hopingze to get my 3 in a row prias but I've not played this week because I'm annoyed at not getting my winnings nor useful responses from those responsible.

Anyway, thanks for showing I'm not alone and hopefully all players in this position will get responses and their winnings credited.

I have had similar issues. I passed a milestone and didn’t get anything… not even lives. I have passed the weekly contest 2 times in a row so far and have received no circles completed for either. It’s hard to take a screenshot when things disappear as well.
