I have cleared 2 weeks of weekly contest and had finished as no1 for 2 weeks in a row. And I realised under the Grand prize page, i saw it had two 1s were filled with colour, but now all 1s are unfilled. What happened and how can i fix that? 😭
I can understand your frustration because the same thing happened to me. I was wondering if maybe the change to daylight savings time had anything to do with it. This issue has been brought to the CM's attention.

If my grand prize wins do not return I will not play that any longer. I played more in the past two weeks than I did in over the past three months.
Same happen to me yesterday. Checked again this morning ....still gone.

Please do the standard trouble shooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login, if playing through browser please clear cache/ history. And login again.
After login again whatever bonus feature you will get that is currently available in your game. Other than that, features might be temporarily unavailable as features come and go. They are not the permanent part of the game and can be replaced or unavailable at any time. Always keep your game up to date and hopefully it might return
Sorry to hear that, Moonfleur (lovely nic!). I don't know how to fix it but I'm in a similar position. I won 2 weeks in a row but there's no sign of this week's winners so we've not been rewarded. I'm so upset I've not played a single game since Sunday night. Yesterday no prize, no play. Same today.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
