Could you post a screenshot of your map and Episode Race to show us what you mean? It will also help when you write to Support to report the issue.
This is not a common issue but it's not unheard of either. There was a huge problem with ER recently where it wasn't awarding players gold bars at all, and it seemed to randomly bug out. I personally didn't experience the issue but an e-buddy did.
What device are you playing on? If it's a phone/tablet, try and log out of your account, restart your device, then log back in and repeat an older level to refresh the game. Make sure you're not playing on more than 1 device. If this doesn't help, you should report the issue to Support using the link above for them to investigate.

I am unable to play this level, it says I need to collect yellow candies and even before I can play I get the no moves available, unable to complete message. How do I get past it? I have posted problem in support but have not gotten a response.
I've been having trouble with trying to get to the next Ad, because every time I think the Ad is finished and I try to go to the next Ad, it takes me completely out of the game. So, then I lose my chance at the level, and the boosters that might have been able to help me. Any suggestions?
