My progression of my levels are gone

On my old device i was logged in with my facebook account and i was on level 1146. When i got a new device i just kept playing on the same level but i was not signed in with my facebook account. Today i am at level 1579 and suddenly i logged in with my facebook account and my level was 1146 again. How come?

When you are not logged into your game, your progress will not be recorded on King servers. If you would like your progress restored, please contact King Player Support so they can manually restore your progress.

If you happen to play on a mobile device or Windows app, you can contact directly from the device.  

All you need to do is:

- Tap on the pink gear

- Tap on the ? mark

- Tap on “My Game Progress“

-  Choose and tap on a topic that is closest to your question/issue

- Scroll down to the bottom and tap on "Contact Us"

If you don’t play on mobile or Windows app, please contact Player Support Team 👉 here  Describe briefly your complaint, and don’t forget to mention your Game ID, 👉 here  is how to find

Hi @Borat04. That was not a sweet surprise. From what I understand, our progress is saved when we're signed in to our accounts. Switching devices but not logging in probably kept you in a sort of limbo. There's a post/Announcement just above yours on the Support page, about if you're having trouble with your game.

You may be able to get Tech Supprt to sync your devices. Try here:
