hi, while playing on the 471st stage of the game, I experienced a technical error of the game, it seems to me, because I spent 51 gold on the continuation where none of the 3 cherries fell and were not visible on the board. so I am asking for a refund of 51gold that I lost due to a bug in the game. as proof, I have a short video of this circumstance that happened on March 25 at 17:19

Hello homilolo unfortunately no one here can refund your gold to you. If you want a refund you have to contact King directly through the Help (Question Mark) function of your game.

Please note that King rarely refund gold that was gained from just playing the game. They only refund items that you purchased.
