Account not updating
- I have played this game for over 2 years with no problems. Today the shop and Weekly contest just soon like loading and say restart required but don’t delete. I am in my account but when I go to logout it acts like I am not logged in. When I try to login to my account it says connection error - try again in a bit. I have updated everything, restarted many times, and have tried everything in the the other support threads. Have 900 live I don’t want to lose I can login to my computer and phone just not my iPad

Please Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

I am having the same exact issue. There are now updates available. Logging in doesn’t work either. Please help
