How do I fix a glitch where all candies are striped and don't work?

Hi everyone!
We can confirm that there was a minor bug that made all green candies into striped candies. This should now be fixed so please try force closing the app and reopening it as that should do the trick š

There was a glitch in the game yesterday, which was causing the level boards appear with Striped candy, but unable to combine them and make a match. The Candy Studio team has worked on it sent a fix.
All you have to do is, close the game App and reopen it. The glitch will be fixed and you will be able to play normally.

Something is very wrong here.
That's what happened when you keep screwing with the game and changing things. You get a whole lot of screwups (even though the worse screw ups were done on purpose, like forcing candy royale on us) and people complaining.

I just wasted a lot of gold thinking it was a new challenge. Frustrated! Completely close out of app and restart should fix it.
SO, THIS SHOWED UP ON MY IPAD SCREEN THIS MORNING, COMPLETELY DIFFERENT FROM YESTERDAY WHEN I PLAYED THAT SAME LEVEL. COMPLETELY CONFUSING AS IT IS NOW FULL OF "FAKE STRIPES". AND SOME OTHER ICONS DON'T EVEN SHOW THE WAY THEY USED TO BE. I CAN'T PLAY THIS. PLEASE CHANGE.
The game looks very different. All of the green camshaft are stripped and it makes it difficult to know which move to make. I do not like this. Change it back

Same thing happened to me. I restarted the game after a little while and then it was fixed. Totally messed up my gameplay though!!
Playing on Samsung Galaxy OneUI ver 5.1, android ver 13. The graphics were as expected yesterday but today they aren't displaying correctly. It doesn't look like there was a game update overnight.
What do I need to do to fix it?
Level 11566
When I open level 11566 it has all striped candies which don't act like striped candies, weird licorice-like shapes, hidden chocolate. It's as if the graphics are off. None of the candies work like they're supposed to, and it's like a bad CC fever dream. What the heck??

All of the green stripes just act as normal green. And there shouldnāt be any chocolate on this level. And idk what the weird little camera thing is.
This just happened to me. Disappointing as I had just received a bunch of boosters that should have made me pass the level. The candies that were issues were green striped candies & lots of them. They simply wouldn't move. The whole board looked weird too.

Major glitches today!! Stripped candy not clearing a row!! Cannot put 2 stripes together. Game forcing you to make a specific move. Still no option to not play in Candy Royale!! Getting more and more disgusting everyday.
The whole scheme of Candy Crush world is changed on all levels. Was King hacked? Did a disgruntled employee release faulty code? Sometimes green and orange candies show as striped candy but donāt act that way. Candy behind what would have been an X now are behind a yellow drop. There is so much more. Itās a mess. All levels are effected it seems. Iām on level 14076 but went back to 3309, a level Iām sure many are familiar with. Look at this screen.
On level 12,688 and the entire game has changed. Nothing matches anything anymore, I cannot figure out how to even play this game. What did you do?
Is anyone else experiencing these glitches? All the greens are showing as striped, the oranges are off center, the wrapped candies are warped, the chocolate is jacked, the dinosaurs are covered by yellow?? So weird and itās making impossible to play. I canāt tell whatās what!

Haven't been to my impossible level 14173 yet, but I scrolled down to 3 of my go to levels for chocolate box and boosters. Yep, all levels are a mess. Still won them even though I had to do what the board said.
MAJOR glitch throughout the whole game! Way to go, King (well, CCS. CCFriends is fine)! Maybe if the PTB would stop changing things and "fixing" what ain't broke, a serious mess like this wouldn't happen. All things considered, it was bound to.

Level 6888 looks funny and normal moves arenāt working. Sending screen shots so you can see the board. Just wondering if thereās a coding issue?

Correctionā¦ Green and Yellow candies show as striped but do not function as such. There are a whole series of changes to the world that do not act as expected.

Right?! At first I thought it was some special treat thing and I was like, "Cool! A bunch of stripes!" Quickly found out it was not cool at all. LOL!
Force closing the app and reopening seemed to fix it for me...even though I wasted a few lives trying to figure it out.
My candies are dropping as almost all stripes or licorice in the UI, but arenāt actually those.
I checked with another friend and sheās having the same situation. I have a video recording it itās too large to attach - please let me know if youād like me to send that over.
