I keep winning the coconut wheel booster but it never shows up for me to use it. It's happened at least 3 times. Anyone else have this issue?

I get stuck on a level that seems hard then I finally pass. After that go on a streak then get stuck again. Watching the YouTube videos and strategy sometimes help. But I think overall you just have to wait until you get a lucky board when playing without boosters.
Well, I finally passed that level. After emailing the game developers, the next day I had the "luckiest" game of my life with several wrapped & striped candies showing up & 4 or 5 color bombs. Coincidence? Idk
This is happening to me too! Sometimes they show up in my inventory.
It honestly feels like the developers at King are allergic to making quality-of-life improvements.
Yes, money is the name of the game and all, but still, it'd be nice if they just did the bare minimum to keep its userbase, even the paying customers, happy and not frustrated on a constant basis.
The coconut wheel is a really useful booster I find, but King only let you use it for cherry/gummi dragon levels. It's a shame I agree. I wish they'd leave it up to the players to choose.
@Deal_One Thank you! I see them there. I have 13 saved up. I sure need them right now to pass this impossible level. I wish they'd let me use them.
Check your profile they are under there. They show up to use on certain levels. I wish you could use them when you wanted to.
I have this happening too. I wasn't sure if they were being put somewhere I hadn't noticed or if I was failing to receive them
