I need help getting help!

I've encountered a bug that prevents me from completing level 1315 (only 4 out of the 5 cherries spawn in.) Since last Thursday, I have been trying to reach out to the folks at candy crush. I keep going through the same automated service that always ends with a 'how did we do' message.

I've got all the screenshots to show the issue, but nobody at candy crush seems to be responding to me. Does anyone know how to get a real human being to help solve this bug?
