I finish 2nd in my last episode race but my 5 gold bars were not added .....why ?

There is no easy answer to your question @slly2216 as the problem could be with King's servers or your internet connection.
Try closing and reopening your game as I have found this has worked for me if my gold wasn't added immediately.
If that doesn't work then all you can do is contact King directly as no one here can fix your problem for you.
Please note that King rarely replace items that you win just by playing the game.
The best thing you can do is to take screenshots. Always take a screenshot of your gold before and after the end of an Episode Race. Screenshots are often asked for by King as evidence.
