Lost events

The app was being really slow this morning after an update so I deleted and reinstalled

Now the map looks different (old layout not new) and I've lost a lot of events including All Stars which I was a semi finalist for and boosters

I'm fine with loosing the boosters but I was really looking forward to playing in the semi finals - please help

Thanks for your reply! I know not to delete and reinstall if I have loads of boosters again!

The events came back after playing a level a few times (currently stuck on 2252) - v relieved if a little salty about the boosters. Showing as a semi finalist again phew

Tough one this @Anna161. By deleting the app from your device you have deleted all of the game's data.

Thing is though you will find that if you install a new app you can still login as your email and password still work.

This is because some of an apps data is stored on the servers of the apps developer.

What I don't know is whether or not the data for the All Stars is stored on your device or uploaded to King's servers.

All you can do is contact Player Support and hope that they actually support you, but from what I read of people's dealings with Support I wish you luck with that.

Having no events after reinstalling your app might just be similar to what happens when you sign in and out of your game. When you sign out and back in to your game no events are shown until you play a level.

Try playing a level or two to see if that causes the return of your events.
