So I got a new phone and before I transferred everything from the old one to the new one, I made VERY SURE that I had my sign in stuff and correct passwords wrote down. NOT going through what I did the last time because the idiot at the AT&T store didn't know what he was doing. And in spite of taking all those precautions, all of my King games are still trying to start me over at Level 1. Completely unacceptable!!!! I have way too much of my own money not to mention time invested in these for this kind of BS!!! Can anyone help??? Please??? And thanks in advance
