Hello @pnooch73 are you referring to the number that appears on your life envelope?
When this indicates three that doesn't necesarily mean you have received three lives. The number refers to how many you have been sent and how many life requests you have. So if you saw three on your envelope this could mean you were sent one life and two requests to send lives.
