The connection problems occurred with many players. It has been investigated by the studio and for most players the bug has been fixed.
Please try our standard fixes:
- First check if there is an update (of your device and / or the app)
- Go offline
- force close all apps
- Turn off your device to keep it off for at least seconds
- After restarting your device, wait a few seconds until you go back to online mode.
- open the app and check if the error is resolved.
