Where do I receive my wild card2 round 2?

I never received my wild card two. I was in the middle of wild card one when my mother was ran to the hospital for an emergency and I could not finish the game in contest. However I received any letter from king saying that I can still try to qualify through wild card two. That was about 2 or 3 days ago and I have yet to receive that entry.
