why I am not getting my bonuses?

hello .. can u tell me why I am not getting my bonuses? When I click that lil clapperboard that goes across the game board my bonus are not being added to my game . Or if I get the 3star bonus on the spin wheel again my free boosters are not added . I hv made sure my game is updated thinking that might b the problem but unfortunately I still am not getting all of my bonuses . Thank u

Ads that start with green line across bottom problem
Ads that start with scrolling green line across bottom and green OPEN rectangle "crash" most of the time. Only the green line ones have problem. Problem: ad plays, x appears top right corner. Click x , supposed to exit or go to next page of ad. Usually goes to ad's web page. When you try to return to candy crush , it stuck…
Pin Event Disappeared even though still had weeks left yesterday.
I am 3 pins away from collecting them all and receiving the gold bars. Then all of a sudden the event is over even though there was at least 2 weeks left yesterday. This kind of stuff is very frustrating
