Update the candy crush saga

Hi, if i update the candy crush saga will everyrhing disappear? Beacuse i saw a new update on google play. I am in second leg semifinal and my game slowing down. About 3 hours left to start the second leg semifinal. Please some help. It is very difficult to find real technical support especially in this all star tournement. Do anybody know any phone number that i can call? Thank you.

Generally speaking @Curly31 and app update does not destroy or replace any personal data or files it just updates various aspects of the apps.

The problem is that this is King we are talking about and far too often they release updates that are faulty.

If your game is slowing down just try clearing out any junk (old photos, old downloaded documents) to improve the amount of memory your device has. Also make sure any apps you aren't using when playing Candy Crush aren't running in the background. YouTube, messenger, Skype and any other games you play are very good at running in the background even after you think you have closed them.

There is no telephone number all you can do is contact Player Support. I am not really sure how technical they are though.
