⛔ Glitch on level with Cherries or Dragons - (Edit by CM: Fixed!)
im on 3098 and it’s glitching. Once you clear jelly for the little pink dragons to fall they just keep falling and don’t stop so I’m having to quit the level and lose all my boosters. I have tried quitting the app and reopening but it’s still doing it. What do I do! It won’t let me upload the screen recording

The game doesn’t end. I’ve got an infinity of cherries going down and it never stops. I’ve used 10 gold bars to finish the level and it doesn’t stop looping. I had to quit and lose the level. Thanks for fixing it please (give me the bars back or consider I win the level). Thank you. Kind regards

No one here can help with an issue like that @Margolie as we are all just players like you. I think the best thing you could do is send your screenshot to Player Support. They will have a hard time claiming that the fault isn't theirs so hopefully you will get your gold back. I say hopefully as generally King does not replace gold that you haven't purchased with real money.
I doubt very much they will advance you a level but it is worth asking.

When I clear the keys the only thing falling is the gummi dragons which then just block the whole game. Anyone else had this problem?

Level 13317 is getting stuck in an endless loop when the Cherries are released. Instead of two, an endless cascade is released, leaving no option but to quit the level. This is happening across multiple devices, on windows and android. Any chance of a fix?

Which device do you play on, Apple, Android and do you know which game app version you have installed?
