I didn't knew that u have to be on the first place to go forword in the semifinals because in the quarterfinals u had to be top 3. And i didn't played any more and waiting the 2 stage of 3. What can i do?

I sent them an email but i don't think they can help me because it was my mistake🤦🤦🤦. Also they didn't announced u have to be first place. I was first place an in the last day i didn't played any more because the 4 place an below had very few points. Thank you very much for your help. You are a very good person. Ps: i would have won first place
