I placed second in the semi finals round 1/3 and the event disappeared and hadn’t come back?? I’ve reached out to support but no response. Has this happened to anyone else?

I don't see why it doesn't make sense. There are top 10s in all sorts of competitions with only one winner.
They have a leaderboard where you can see where you ended up. But only the first placed player goes on to round 2. Anyhow, the tournament is now finished. Both round 2 and then round 3 have been played since, and the 10 finalists have been decided.
but how would they have a top 10 if only one person progresses to the next level? That doesn’t even make sense
Hi @torib Coming second in round 1/3 means that you failed at progressing into the next round. Therefore the event disappeared. But well done for getting second place, that is quite an achievement. However only the first placed players went on into the next round.
