There are no ads that give additional moves

You need to explain better what the problem is. You can use Google Translate for that, as forum moderators can't be bothered to do it.
As @Alienscar has explained, you can't force ads to appear for you. And if you had them before but recently made a purchase, then ads are gone from your account, I'm afraid.
Bear in mind that ads don't work on the browser version and on the Windows desktop version, even if you have them on your account.

@cinali if you mean you have never had adverts that give you free moves then there is nothing you can do to force them to appear in your game.
King randomly deliver all of the game's features to a random selection of players. This doesn't mean you will never get this feature it just means you don't have right now,

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

this level is different to what’s on line. Need help with this level. No money or boosters. Help please.
As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? I read in a different comment on player page it needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up?
It took over 400 gold bars to pass this level. How do I get some of that back? Totally ridiculous. If there are any more of those and I’m done.

I've been having trouble with trying to get to the next Ad, because every time I think the Ad is finished and I try to go to the next Ad, it takes me completely out of the game. So, then I lose my chance at the level, and the boosters that might have been able to help me. Any suggestions?
