It has stopped loading, the orange logo comes on, then complete loading, then just stays on the orange logo, nothing more, been like it for 24 hours

Hey I'm at the level 4142 and only this level is not opening and the completed levels are opening now what should I do?
Mine is doing is the exact same thing for 2 days now. I don't know what else to try.
What is happening (was working fine in portrait until 2 days ago, now after the King logo as downloaded the page becomes "unresponsive" and just sticks with the orange King logo...it's still working on other FB profile (much lower level) is there a link to the game on here that I can try ?

Hi, what is very strange, when I logged onto my granddaughters FB page and her candy crush worked fine BUT the layout was slightly different than mine (same laptop) I have already removed the app then added again still no luck, has the format changed?
Hi @abbiegardiner sorry to hear that can you try clearing the game cache from your device settings, check for any pending updates then select log out of the game and leave your device off for a moment or two
