Soon you should be able to play level 13 136 as you are right, it is not working as it should so we are working on improving it as we speak. Check the game later today as I'm sure we would have it solved by then 😉

Sorry to hear this is persisting.The level should have been fixed! Can you let us know which device you are playing on and the game app version you have installed?

I’ve been stuck on 13136 from a glitch that won’t even give me a chance to take a turn. I’ve reinstalled Candy Crush and even tried playing on my tablet with no success.
I’m having same issue and haven’t been able to play for 4 days now
Because the bug of level 13136, I accidentally delete the game. When I reinstalled, all my booster was gone, how can I get my booster back.
This is taking too long to resolve, updates should be provide

Hi I have sent email and comment but I didn’t get a satisfactory answer, so this will be my last attempt if I don’t get a resolution, I will leave the game because the level I’m on doesn’t let me play, it says no more switch available and level fail even before I start the level. Because of this, I’ve lost my life, lost me boosters and it was the last level I need to claimed the gold from candy royals!!! Every time I tried to play the level, the following happened…….can you resolve this please….
I can't make any moves in level 13136 for two days already. Not with and not without any boosters. When will this bug be repaired?
As soon as I start the game it says no moves, shuffling and then says oops. I can see there are moves that could be made!
I have wasted all my lives on every platform and the level won't let me play.
I ended up at this level too, I'm angry because I just got 30 minute bonuses for everything and this kicked me out
When will this bug be fixed? How can some players get past this level and others don't even get to make a move? I was in 1st place for tbe gold bars not anymore. Just fix the bug or you will loose players

I cannot pass level 13136 due to a glitch. I keep getting “No more possible switches. Shuffling, and Level Fail”. I’ve lost power ups, gold, lives/heart, and timed power ups. Can someone help me eith this issue????? This is frustrating.

I was trying to get the mixers first and the outcome was 0. Switched up and got it on my 2nd try. No Boosters. Had 65 moves waiting for me but only had 8 bars.

I have come to the conclusion that I will probably have to quit playing Candy Crush Saga. Sad that they don't even acknowledge this problem.

Level 13136 does not allow for you to make any moves be it sends message no more possible moves (again you don't even get to make one move). Then is says level failed. Again I never made a single move.

What do I do when the game cheats me?
The level basically fails upon loading your start-up boosters because there are no valid moves, according to the system. This shouldn't be allowed to happen, especially not on the very first move. Like, how hard is it to automatically replace special candies when this happens? 😒
If you're experiencing the same bug, you gotta wait for your timed boosters to wear off. And you should report it to Support. Ask them for compensation too.

Hi there. Does your game look like mine on the image below? You should be able to move any of the four toffee swirls into the frosted blue candies to make a wrapped candy. Check the video below as well.
