Would not drop dragon eggs even though everything was cleared out of the way. Used about 20 moves with nothing no eggs dropping and even watched the 3 ads. No way to win. Lost consecutive level bonus due to it.

Gummy dragon did not drop
You could write to Support and ask them for compensation for your lost level streak.
There's no telling what they'll do but chances are they will refuse to take responsibility.
