My Season pass disappeared

Hi everyone

I purchased season pass or gold tickets on 8th May for 9 £ and its suddenly disappeared half way..can someone explain me what happened and is anyone getting refund or gild pass back .Highly frustrating

Hello @Masha22 there has definitely been some kind of issue with the Season Pass these last few days. Mine mysteriously started working again on Sunday only to disappear again on Monday. Obviously that must have been a glitch as my Season Pass runs from Tuesday to Saturday.

People affected by that issue have been told that the issue has been reported and they will get their paid for Season Pass back.
