It doesn't matter which device you play on @cndblanco the issue of the last ingredient to complete a level being missing is an issue that has been going on for years.
Please don't waste any boosters or gold trying to complete the level. Just start it again and it should be okay.
You can try contacting Player Support to see if they will give you some boosters because they can't deny that the problem is theirs
They will not reinstate your Win Streak though.
