Jonas Brothers Event popped up then disappeared. Should I reinstall the game?

Hi all. I got an error message saying a restart was required but not to uninstall the game. It's been almost 1 day and the event hasn't reappeared. I think I'll lose boosters if l reinstall the game and I'd prefrr to keep them.😎

What should I do? It's the latest game version and I've written the support team but that rarely solves anything.

How can i solve this? Thanks in advance.

Whatever you do, don't reinstall, nor delete app data! You will lose your boosters and lives, and possibly some of your progress and gold bars if they haven't been synced correctly with the game server. It's better to simply ignore that event, as the reward is quite bad anyway.

Do you remember changing your phone's date to a couple of days ahead? If the new date spanned after the event end date, it's possible the event "finished" for you ahead of time and it's likely to not return. The only thing you could do is log out, restart game (or device), log in and do any lower level. You may need to restart the game again but if the event doesn't show up then, then it probably won't before it ends.
