can't I access the shop on my app? I cannot even use the gold bars for any activity. Whenever I try to access the shop, it just keeps on loading without opening.

Is there any way of getting back 69 bars of gold, because I hit the wrong button??? I meant to hit the extra lives button, but accidentally hit the 69 bars.
