I can't find where I can use my points received from buying boosters to redeem for boosters

If you mean how to redeem your Play Points; on your Play Store account page, you click on the blue number on the top right of the page. This will take you your Play Points page, the middle tab is 'Use' where you can convert your points into coupons or vouchers (you need to have a certain amount of points before you can redeem them) The coupons are usually a 'discounted' conversion for a specific game eg 250 points=£5.00 coupon for Candy Crush while vouchers are for any Play Store purchase and are a direct conversion eg 100 points=£1.00 Play Store credit. Hope that makes sense!
You then use the coupon/voucher as a payment option for your purchase.
There's also a 'Perks' tab where you can win bonus points every week and is an easy way to earn a few extra points, hope this helps!

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
